The beginners' classes focus on fundamental aspects of the dance such as posture, breathing and the embrace. They incorporate some yoga techniques which encourage students to connect mind and body and to feel 'grounded' and relaxed.
Tango is a highly expressive and passionate dance, and once one has begun to understand and incorporate the basics, they can experience the great pleasure of connecting with their partner, the music, and of course, the wonderful social aspect of the dance.
